Richard has been working in the building industry for 17 years, including some time on the tools as an apprentice builder. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Ag) degree from Massey, and has always been interested to find out how things work. Richard enjoys being able to explain the science behind better building methods. He's experienced in communicating with designers, builders and homeowners. He also enjoys mountain biking, home renovations and landscaping. When he gets time, Richard also likes to spend time with his family in the outdoors.
